AUTHORS

John E. Higgins, Jr. is an adjunct faculty member at the Columbus School of Law, The Catholic University of America, Washington, DC, and is retired from the NLRB, where he served as a Board member and as Acting General Counsel.

Nicole Cuda Pérez has been representing labor unions, employees, benefits funds, corporations, and non-profit organizations in various industries including public sector, entertainment, health care, education, transportation, construction, and communications since 2001. 

Jayme Sophir is recently retired as the Deputy Associate General Counsel in the Division of Advice for the NLRB.
